Good question, so I'm a prime lens shooter meaning they're a fixed focal length. I zoom in and out with my feet. I have a 35mm and an 85mm. The 85mm is my absolute fav although my next purchase will be a 70-200mm zoom.

Yes if you're up for it. This is a great way for us all to find out more about each other and to get comfortable in front of the camera. It's just an hour or two of being really casual and a little lovey dovey. Think about locations, dress wear and colours. Deffo think about bring props like a blanket, a bottle of bubbly etc. They give your hands something to do and can create proper good images :-)

My style is to be as candid and authentic as I can. I love the unexpected photos that I manage capture. For me capturing genuine emotion from all your wedding guests really tells your story in the best way possible.

My editing style is minor touch ups and straightening images from my wonky eyes. I like deep blacks and creamy whites which gives a warm feeling to the image. All this but I love grainy black & white. You'll see may favs in a classic black & white vibe.

I always use two cameras, both of which has two memory card slots making a duplicate of each other paired with many spare batteries. As soon as I arrive home that evening I then back up the RAW files to my pc and a separate hard drive giving me a total of four locations where your images are saved. Once your photos are delivered to you I then delete the RAW files and save a copy of the final image set. I always recommend to my couples that you also create a back up just in case.

I absolutely love the whole day! I really enjoy seeing everyone in such a great vibe celebrating your day. The food plays a big part of it too ;-)

I love creating beautiful images, documenting your day but the best time is golden hour for me. Grabbing you both in that lush golden light and creating something stunning is my goal.

Taking a mainly candid approach to my images I much prefer story telling in a documentary style but I know how important group and especially family photos can be so I am only too happy to organise this. All I ask is that you have a person or two who is louder than me to rally up the troops and shout their names when needed, fingers crossed they know everybody there.

Absolutely not. I love seeing new venues and going to new places that I've never been. I will always do my research of your venue prior to your wedding so that I am as best prepared as I can be.

This depends on how busy I am but I do aim to have them delivered to you within 10 weeks. Chances are it's sooner than this but in peak months we are all much busier so I allow myself some grace.

Yes. I have full professional insurance.

The good news is that I've never been ill on a wedding day before. In fact I am very rarely ill but if the worst was to happen I would either sweat it out or worst case I would find an alternative photographer. I am part of a lovely group on Facebook where recommendations and help is always to hand. They're a great bunch.

Oh yes!! The bespoke hand made fine art albums truly are magical. I have sample albums to show you and you have an endless list of personalisation options to choose from. This really will be the best book you'll ever own.

I'm not going to lie but this is a lovely gesture and is always accepted with thanks. Remember that I am up just as early as you guys and working all day and into the night, we need energy ;-) I don't ask my couples to feed me so if I don't get a menu choice I'll stop off at a garage in the morning to load up.
