Joanne and Steve's wedding was at Dunston Hall, always a fav as I live 10 minutes away :-)
Dunston Hall is a stunning English country house set in 150 acres of beautiful Norfolk woodland.
Built in 1859, the Elizabethan-style mansion has been lovingly restored to all its former glory.
I met Joanne in her room for prep with all her girls where hair and make up was in full swing. I always love shooting prep as I feel it's the perfect beginning to tell your story each time you view your images. The boys were out playing golf first thing, and why not when there's 18-hole USPGA championship-level course tempting you outside!
I grabbed some shots of the lads finishing their game before breakfast and beer down at the bunker bar. This was a great chance to see how they all were, especially the groom.
The ceremony was held in the Sunningdale Suite which houses a great balcony outside over looking the grounds. I loved portraits here as the scenery high up is stunning.
For our little wonder round I deffo made use of the metal fencing that separates the golf course from the hall. I just love the foreground blur it gives leading up to the bride and groom, it's one of my all time favourite shots to take.
Whilst we were out shooting away the band Captain Scarlet were setting up and come the evening the guests were partying all night. Not surprised as they are just awesome, I've never heard of them and they were a must for Jo and Steve. The tunes, the banter and just the whole atmosphere was just electric. Top marks there and I would recommend them every day of the week. I enjoyed getting stuck in dancing and grabbing some crazy move shots that time just seemed to disappear. This is why I don't have any set time limits on my prices as the golden pictures come later in the evening!
It was such a great day and congrats to you both. Enjoy married life guys and have a laugh looking through your pics.
